Ballooning business

Calgary radio host turned stay-at-home Airdrie mom Jackie Ochitwa started "With a Twist" Balloon Creations this past spring after she realized she had a knack for twisting balloons into funky shapes to stop her kids' tears. A few trips to the library, some YouTube videos and a couple hundred popped balloons later, she was hooked.
Ochitwa has progressed from twisting simple flowers to creating complex spring bouquets complete with balloon vases. For twisting on site at birthday parties Ochitwa charges a $125 flat rate.
